RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition with all tags, protective materials and packaging included. Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. All purchases made during a promotional period are final and cannot be returned.

All Runoir frames come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim contact us at info@runoir.co with your order number and photos of the defect. Approved claims are resolved with store credit to the value of your original purchase.
